Made out of LDPE (Low Density Poly Ethylene) with UV stabilized fluorescent orange colour. EVA ( Ethyle Vinyle Accetate) used to increase flexibility. Four slots provided on top of Cone for locking of hooks to fix plastic chain. Material is flexible & durable that if any vehicle hits Cone will not break & also not damage any part of the vehicle One Reflective Sleeve of 6 inches width is used around the cone to give reflection during night time. An in-built heavy rubber base is provided so safety cone will not fall easily due to wind.
